Eating Out - Pollen Street Social

The run up to Christmas is always a really busy period for me. After hearing no end of a buzz circulating around Jason Atherton's Pollen Street Social, I wanted to be sure to pay it a visit, as a treat to escape the madness of work! I was left feeling neither disappointed or hungry. Atherton perfectly combines fine dining with comfort in not only his food but also in the restaurant's ambience. Be sure to check out the chocolate pave with mango sorbet - and I'm not even a 'dessert kinda guy.'

What's more, upon leaving I was given a goodie bag which contained homemade tea and two cakes with a rather interesting filling (still unsure of the contents). It's the little details...
